This calming midday class offers a soft break in your day to unwind, relax, and realign with yourself. We’ll move through a gentle nervous system tool such as guided meditation, breathwork, or progressive muscle relaxation, followed by a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls. This offering creates space to release tension, settle your system, and return to the rest of your day feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded.
What to Expect:
Guided Relaxation Tool: We’ll begin with a gentle nervous system practice, which may include guided meditation, breathwork, or progressive muscle relaxation. Each technique is designed to quiet the mind and support nervous system regulation.
Sound Bath: Settle into stillness as the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls help deepen relaxation and promote a sense of inner ease.
