In honour of the Winter Solstice and the return of the light, this gentle class offers a deeply nourishing space to slow down, soften, and prepare for the new season ahead. We’ll combine fully supported Restorative Yoga postures, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath to help you ground your energy, quiet the mind, and reconnect with inner steadiness.
What to Expect:
Restorative Yoga: Sink into deeply supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and props to invite full-body relaxation. Each pose is held for several minutes, encouraging the nervous system to settle and the body to release tension.
Guided Meditation: Move through a calming, Solstice-inspired meditation that honours the shift into winter. This meditation will support clarity, presence, and intentionality as we transition into the new season.
Sound Bath: Enjoy the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to help promote deeper rest, emotional balance, and a grounded sense of inner peace.
